中国基因药谷
中国基因药谷作为生命健康小镇标志性产业平台项目，是温州市首个生物医药领域的“152工程”项目，占地面积约700亩，总投资超60亿元。位于温州市区的交通枢纽地段，毗邻三垟湿地和温州大学城，距离温州医科大学和温医大附属第一医院仅1.5公里，众多创业园、孵化器和科研院所都在药谷的5公里“朋友圈”内，具有得天独厚的科研和临床的平台资源优势。
China Gene Medicine Valley, as a landmark industrial platform project of the Life and Health Town, is
Wenzhou’s first biopharmaceutical project under the “152 Project” initiative. Covering an area of
approximately 700 mu (about 467,000 m²) with a total investment exceeding RMB 6 billion, it is strategically
located in a major transportation hub of urban Wenzhou. Adjacent to the Sanyang Wetland and the Wenzhou
University Town, and only 1.5 km from Wenzhou Medical University and its First Affiliated Hospital, the Valley
enjoys unique advantages in both scientific research and clinical resources. Numerous innovation parks,
incubators, and research institutes are all located within a 5 km innovation circle, forming a highly
integrated ecosystem for biomedical innovation.
中国基因药谷空间布局北区、东区、西区，为闭环链路生态构建提供空间保障，打造浙南生物新药产业化基地。目前，药谷已开展三期工程建设，持续建设超百万方产业空间。其中生物医药孵化基地，设在中国基因药谷北区，占地41.77亩，建筑面积5.19万平方米，建有首个获批的细胞生长因子领域国家工程研究中心和浙江医药创新和审评柔性服务站；生物医药生产基地，设在中国基因药谷东区，占地106.1亩，建筑面积约26万平方米，用于打造重组蛋白药物和抗体药物以及宠物药生产基地；医疗器械生产基地，位于药谷西区，占地60.27亩，总建筑面积15.75万平方米，用于建设诊断试剂与医疗器械产业基地。
The spatial layout of China Gene Medicine Valley is divided into the Northern Zone, Eastern Zone, and Western
Zone, providing comprehensive space support for a closed-loop industrial ecosystem and aiming to build a major
biopharmaceutical industrialization base in southern Zhejiang. To date, three phases of construction have been
launched, with more than 1 million m² of industrial space under continuous development. The Biopharmaceutical
Incubation Base, located in the Northern Zone, covers 41.77 mu with a total floor area of 51,900 m². It hosts
China’s first approved National Engineering Research Center for Cell Growth Factor Drugs and the Zhejiang
Pharmaceutical Innovation and Regulatory Service Station. The Biopharmaceutical Manufacturing Base, situated in
the Eastern Zone, covers 106.1 mu with a total floor area of approximately 260,000 m², and is dedicated to the
production of recombinant protein drugs, antibody drugs, and veterinary pharmaceuticals.
The Medical Device Manufacturing Base, located in the Western Zone, covers 60.27 mu with a total floor area of
157,500 m², and is designed to develop an industrial cluster for diagnostic reagents and medical devices.
中国基因药谷全周期培育“产业集群”，打造“孵化器+加速器+产业园”的产业培育加速通道，搭建“研发+临床+生产+检测+制备”的配套服务链，引入温州首个医药研发外包服务平台佰诺创睿CDMO，创建温州市干细胞生物样本库，获批省级现代服务业创新发展区——瓯海区生命健康服务创新发展区。
浙江智晟生物和智宠生物正是依托中国基因药谷，并与CDMO基地开展紧密合作，重点围绕细胞因子类创新药物及宠物用生物技术产品开展深度创研和成果转化。
China Gene Medicine Valley is committed to cultivating a full-cycle industrial cluster through an integrated
development pathway of “Incubator + Accelerator + Industrial Park.” It has established a comprehensive service
chain covering R&D, clinical research, manufacturing, testing, and formulation, and has introduced Wenzhou’s
first pharmaceutical R&D outsourcing service platform, Bainuo Chuangrui CDMO. The Valley has also established
the Wenzhou Stem Cell Biobank and has been approved as a Provincial Modern Service Industry Innovation and
Development Zone (Ouhai Life and Health Service Innovation Zone).
Enterprises such as Zhejiang Zhisheng Biotech and Zhipet Biotech have grown within China Gene Medicine Valley
and maintain close collaboration with the CDMO base. Their work focuses on the innovative development and
industrial translation of cytokine-based drugs and biotechnology products for companion animals, contributing
to the rapid formation of Wenzhou’s biopharmaceutical industry cluster.
